Campus

With a spacious playground, North Kamrup College comprise a land holding of 33 Bigas. A large number of valuable trees like Sishu have been growing in and around the college campus. In collaboration with the Department of Social Forestry, Govt. of Assam, seedlings of valuable trees like Saal, Nahar, Teak, Sishu, Gomary, etc. are being produced in 5 Bigas of college land which are likely to help in creating environmental awareness among the students.

COLLEGE LIBRARY

The library of the college has a collection of 14,300 books, 5 journals, magazines and newspapers. It also maintains Book bank provisions for financially weak students of TDC level.The special attractions of the library are—

MUSIC

Music is a form of art. Music is also a form of entertainment that puts sounds together in a way that people like or find interesting. Most music includes people singing with their voices or playing musical instruments, such as the piano, guitar, or drums. The word music comes from the Greek word μουσική (mousike), which means "(art) of the Muses". In Ancient Greece the Muses included the goddesses of music, poetry, art, and dance. Someone who makes music is known as a musician.
Our School Provides musical class for students.Classical music like Bisharad with graduate artists.

PAINTING

Painting is the practice of applying paint, pigment, color or other medium to a solid surface (support base). The medium is commonly applied to the base with a brush, but other implements, such as knives, sponges, and airbrushes, can be used. Painting is a mode of creative expression, and the forms are numerous. Drawing, gesture (as in gestural painting), composition, narration (as in narrative art), or abstraction (as in abstract art), among other aesthetic modes, may serve to manifest the expressive and conceptual intention of the practitioner.

Our School provides the art class for students with highly graduate art teachers.

SPORTS

Sport is generally recognised as system of activities which are based in physical athleticism or physical dexterity, with the largest major competitions such as the Olympic Games admitting only sports meeting this definition, and other organisations such as the Council of Europe using definitions precluding activities without a physical element from classification as sports. However, a number of competitive, but non-physical, activities claim recognition as mind sports.
